1.Who we are

Media Warp (“we”, “us”) is an independent app studio. Our apps are developed and published by Media Warp. You can reach us at any time at hello@media-warp.com.

2.Data we collect

None. Our apps contain no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no crash-reporting services that transmit data, and no account or login systems. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data.

In App Store Connect, our apps are declared as collecting no data. That declaration is accurate by construction: the code that would collect data does not exist in our apps.

3.Data stored on your device

Anything you create inside a Media Warp app — your content, settings, preferences — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded, synced to our servers (we have none), or shared with third parties.

If you use your platform’s own backup (iCloud, Google backup, etc.), that backup is governed by Apple’s or Google’s privacy policy, not ours — we never see that data.

4.Third-party services

Our apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, social SDKs, or trackers of any kind. This website likewise loads no trackers, sets no cookies, and makes no requests to third-party servers — all fonts and assets are served from this site.

5.Purchases

Payments for our apps are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment card details. We receive only the information the platform chooses to share with developers (such as a sale or refund notification), which contains no payment credentials and is not used to identify you beyond the transaction.

6.Children

Our apps do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no data at all, no child’s data is ever gathered.

7.Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. Your data lives on your device, under your control — delete the app and it is gone.

You may also exercise any rights granted by applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, and similar) by contacting us. We will confirm within 30 days that we hold no data relating to you.

8.Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, the new version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date. Given our business model, the headline is unlikely to change: we don’t collect your data.
